You will recall that depending on the date of construction, modification or reconstruction, the applicability determination for the vessel must have been determined by October 15, 2013.

We recognize that the actual calculation methods involve field work and technical assistance, whether performed in-house or through hired consultants. With respect to emission calculating methodologies, Trinity Consulting has done several presentations to IPANM members and IPAA. Their web presentation is attached here.
