IPANM (January 4, 2023) – Though no formal announcement has been made, IPANM has confirmed interim staffing changes at the Oil Conservation Division:
- As previously announced, OCD Director Adrienne Sandoval left at the end of 2022. (EMNRD’s Mining & Minerals Director Jerry Schoeppner has also retired.)
- OCD Deputy Director Tiffany Polak will be leaving the division on January 13, 2023 to take a job with industry.
- Energy, Minerals, and Natural Resources Department (EMNRD) General Counsel Dylan Fuge is now the acting OCD Director. His Bio is here.
- Brandon Powell (currently OCD’s Engineering Bureau Chief) will be the acting deputy director for Tiffany’s position effective January 14, 2023.
- Permitting Supervisor Justin Wrinkle will become acting Engineering Bureau Chief.
The OCD Contact List has NOT yet been updated to reflect these changes.
