Director of Operations!


IPANM has a rare job opportunity to join us as Director of Operations! This is an exciting position that allows you to work independently to oversee our finances, plan member events (including our exciting Annual Meeting!), and update our comprehensive website and social media accounts. The position is designed to work around your schedule, as it is offered as a one-year independent contract. You will report to our Executive Director and the fulfill an important role to implement a diverse set of operational tasks. The position will be 1/2-time (20 hours/week) or 3/4 (30 hours/week), however certain weeks will be busier than others, so flexibility is a requirement. Our ideal candidate will be based in Roswell or Artesia, but exceptions can be made for qualified candidates. Occasional travel within the state is sometimes required, but IPANM reimburses for mileage and overnight accommodations. IPANM is the Voice of Independent Producers in New Mexico with members in both the Permian and San Juan Basins, and members from across the region including Dallas/Ft.
